If the outer diameter of your silicone line is the same as the stock lines, I would personally go for the Nissan spring clamps. You don't have to retighten them as the hose ages and shrinks and you don't have to worry about a ridged band digging into the hose. That said, plenty of people have run worm gear clamps with success, so its your call. In any case, just make sure the surfaces of your water hard lines are nice and smooth. Pitting and gouges will make it difficult to form a good seal, regardless of the type of clamp used.
